Late Cancel Fee ¥ 700
Any cancellations made within 3 hours of the class start time will be considered late cancellations. A late cancellation fee will be charged to your account.
No-Show Fee ¥ 1,000
A « no-show » fee will be charged to your account if you sign up for a class but do not show up.
Passes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-extendable and non-transferable to a third party.
However
- If Happynes't closes for holidays, passes (except Unlimited Membership) will be extended according to the length of the closing.
- If you are deemed medically unfit to participate to any of the classes for a period longer than 3 weeks, your pass will be extended according to the length of your inability.
