Booking Form

For those attending for the first time, we also welcome booking through this form for your first class. Kindly complete the required information below and submit the form. Once we have reviewed your reservation, a representative will reach out to you. Allow us a delay of 48h to reply to you. Please check your Junk or Spam folder if the message is not delivered to your inbox.
Once you have participated to your first class, we will explain you how to use the booking app.

Booking Your Lesson Here

At Happynes't, you can make lesson reservations through the app or online.For those using the app for the first time, as the translation function is not available, we recommend checking the 'App Usage Guide' first. Additionally, if you are booking online for the first time, please register your information by selecting 'Create an Account' on the website. For those already registered, please enter your login information and password through 'Sign in'.

BACKGROUND

To partake one of our classes, we request you register and book through our online booking system.

▶︎REGISTRATION

Online pre-registration opens 10 days prior to class and closes 90 minutes before classes.

 

The number of places available is limited.

When this number is reached, you will be added to the waiting list. You will be automatically added to your desired class and will receive an email notification (make sure the « Subscribe to email reminders & notifications » box is ticked in your profile).

 

Online registration is considered as commitment. Remove yourself from the list if you are not sure you can make it.

 

 

▶︎CANCELLATION and NO-SHOW

You can cancel your registration up to 3 hours before the beginning of the class. No fee will be charged and your class will be returned on your account.

 

If you cancel after this deadline, it will be considered as “late Cancellation” and a ¥ 700 fee will be charged on your account.

If you sign up for a class but do not show up, a « No-show » fee of ¥ 1,000 will be charged on your account.

 

Latecomers are not permitted in the studio and are considered as « No-show ».

 

 

▶︎DROP-IN

If you haven’t signed up online, you can always show up at Happynes't and you will be added to the classes depending on available spaces.
